Terms of Service

The service

asdfg.ai turns your product links, photos, and prompts into ad images and videos using AI models. AI output varies — review every ad before you run it. You are responsible for how generated content is used in your marketing.

Your content & ownership

You keep all rights to what you upload. To run the service we need a limited licence to process your inputs and host your outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we assign to you all our right, title and interest in the ads you generate — use them commercially, anywhere, no attribution.

You must have the rights to any product imagery and trademarks you upload. Don't generate content that's unlawful, deceptive, or infringes others' rights.

Credits & billing

• Generation consumes credits. Signup includes free credits; paid plans and top-ups are charged through Stripe.
• Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period.
• Credits expire as described on the pricing page and are not redeemable for cash.
• Failed generations (our fault) are automatically re-credited.

Refunds

Unused subscription time on annual plans is refundable pro-rata within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable. Something feel wrong? Email hello@asdfg.ai — we'd rather fix it than argue.

Fair use

Rate limits protect the service for everyone. No reselling raw API access, no automated scraping of the product, no attempting to extract our prompts or models.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific ad performance, platform approval (e.g. Meta/TikTok ad review), or uninterrupted availability. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable.
